WHY MURRAYS BEEF?
We are all becoming more and more conscious of our impact on the environment. Human impact is massive and the choices we make everyday will ultimately influence our future.
The food we enjoy is increasingly being scrutinised for sustainability, food miles and it's health benefits.
Murray Grey Cattle are an Australian cross breed between Aberdeen Angus bulls and a roan Shorthorn cow. They are a low cost cow to produce, being easy to calve and fattening well on grass without the need for added hard feed. Their meat is beautifully marbled with a tender texture.
We strive to farm our cattle in a sympathetic way to ensure they are happy and content throughout their life to achieve the optimal produce for our customers. We are proud to be able to sell our beef that has been born and reared on our farm.
Whether you are looking for small or large quantities we would be pleased to discuss your requirements or any other questions you may have. Make an enquiry...
